We have more than 100 notebooks and PCs as well as Apple products (MAC, iPad and many more) in our range. You can freely choose working memory, memory size and display size. All devices can be prepared, configured and installed according to your individual requirements.

Laptop rental for congresses, trade fairs, events, trainings and seminars

All notebooks and laptops are equipped with German or English operating system and a current Office package.

If you wish, we will install the software individually on the devices you need in advance.

We also offer the appropriate accessories such as monitor, keyboard and mouse when you rent a device from B&B Technik. For your and our security, a Kensington lock is also included in the box.

If you need a PC for rent, we are also the right contact. Our desktop PCs are available including high-resolution flat screens (TFT or plasma).

We will be happy to suggest a suitable product selection to you upon request.

With us it is possible to rent devices already starting from one day. One day or several months – you decide how long you want to rent the respective equipment from us.

The equipment will be shipped in reusable boxes and collected from you at the end of the rental period. This service will be charged to you only with a flat rate.

Speaker Ready Room

It is individual hands that centrally hold the strings together.

Large congresses combine a multitude of topics, with just as many rooms and visitors. A wide variety of event technology has to be linked together. A central team is master of the entire technology of an event.

In the central control of your presentations, trained specialists in the media reception receive the individual presentations, check them and connect them to the various halls via a network. We install a temporary network that physically connects all lecture halls. Using special operating software, the various presentations are distributed to the different rooms and called up. This guarantees that the most recent version of a lecture is always available and runs smoothly from a technical point of view.

In the central media reception area, our specialist staff receives the lectures from the speakers – final changes can be made independently or with the help of our staff until the very end. All presentations are checked to ensure that they are ready for use, any formatting problems are solved and, if necessary, assistance is provided with the integration of films or animations.

Backup solutions are also available. Prior to the event, presentations can be uploaded online – speakers receive a reusable login and can contact our multilingual staff with any problems. Afterwards, the presentations are then available for download to all participants and, of course, to the event organizers on a specially set-up portal. We can also offer our central media reception service on an international scale.

It’s every single person who’s important in the grand scheme of things.

Using voting systems, so-called TED systems, you learn directly what your audience thinks and which decisions are desirable.
